Tabletop Exercise: Test Your IRP

Creating an Incident Response Plan (IRP) is an essential step toward protecting your district from cyber threats—but having a plan on paper isn’t enough. The real test comes when an incident occurs. Join us for “Put Your Plan to the Test: Tabletop Exercise,” a live, interactive webinar designed to help school leaders, technology directors, and administrators evaluate and strengthen their IRPs in a practical, hands-on setting.

During this session, you’ll participate in a simulated cybersecurity incident, working through realistic K–12 scenarios that challenge your team to respond under pressure. This exercise is designed to uncover potential gaps, identify areas for improvement, and help you understand how your plan holds up when every decision counts.
