Five Star Technology Solutions LLC (“Five Star”) offers a text messaging program used by our team members to communicate directly, one-to-one, with current and prospective clients regarding our products, services, scheduling, and related account matters.
Opt-In
You will be enrolled in this program if you provide your mobile number to a Five Star team member and give verbal or written consent to be contacted by text — for example, in an email, during a conversation, or through another existing communication channel with our team.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your ongoing interactions with your Five Star contact.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of this program at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the STOP message, we will confirm that you have been unsubscribed and will not send any further messages. If you would like to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
