Dedicated Project Team: Your project is coordinated from PO to sign-off by our dedicated Project Management (PM) team, supported by the Director of Installation Services for guaranteed quality.
Minimizing Disruption: Our PM team will collaborate with you to schedule the installation at a time that causes the least disruption to your daily operations.
Clear Documentation: Each project provides a clear statement of work with transparent status tracking. Complex projects will include an onsite visit before any work begins to create a detailed installation plan and map. Installation plans are shared and signed off on by both our team and the client, clearly identifying all inclusions, exclusions, and limitations.
As-Built Documentation: Upon completion, you receive a detailed installation plan, including cable runs, locations, and documented test results for all Five Star-installed cable.

What is your company's approach to project management? Who will be our main point of contact?

We have a dedicated project management team that will coordinate the project from PO to sign off. Our Account Executive (AE) will remain the point of contact during the sales process with a joint hand-off to the project team for implementation. Our project team will have a Project Manager (PM) and the Director of Installation Services who work collaboratively to ensure quality and delivery. After installation is complete, a Five Star Customer Success Specialist (CSS) or the AE will stay in touch to ensure a seamless operation.
