Step 1: Grant Alert

When a new grant is announced, the Five Star PD team is "all hands on deck". We put together a list of offerings on how we can best partner with you on this exciting opportunity. From there, if you are interested in learning more about what we can do, or if you want to learn a little bit more about how we can support you we set up a call.

Step 2: Initial Grant Call

Our initial grant call lasts about 30 minutes and is held via Google Meet. In the call, we will chat in-depth about your goals, what you hope to achieve with grant funds, and answer any questions you may have. From that information we put together a customized professional learning plan for you!

Step 3: Specific Grant Resources

Typically within 24 hours of your Grant Call, we can provide you with specific grant resources. Often, we can provide you with a pre-filled application that can easily be modified as you see fit, but speaks to our services that you're hoping to include within your grant application. We also provide a pre-filled budget template and any additional templates required all in a virtual folder for easy access.

Step 4: Draft Assistance

In addition to pre-filled applications, we have a copy editor on staff who is more than willing to take a look at the first draft of your application. If you are writing your own application, simply send your finished draft to us and our copy editor will leave comments, notes, and feedback to help improve your application and make it as strong as it can be.

Step 5: Post Approval

We're here to make sure that you feel 100% confident with your grant application and you feel fully supported and ready for that submission date. If you have any questions, we are always more than happy to hop on a phone call, Google Meet, or chat via email. And when it's all said and done, we will celebrate together after you win the grant!
