*The questions used in the Universal Design For Learning survey were developed by CAST, a nonprofit education research and development organization that created the Universal Design for Learning framework and Universal Design For Learning Guidelines. The survey asks teachers to rate the frequency of use or implementation of Universal Design For Learning practices using the following scale: 1 = Rarely, 2 = Sometimes, 3 = Almost Always.
