Proactive Monitoring & Alert Notification

Monitoring with alert notification will be provided for telecommunication circuits, servers, and network infrastructure at the school’s request. Service assumes school-owned equipment is capable of being monitored and service shall only be provided on such devices and equipment.

Our engineering experts are available to assist with remote technical support via phone Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. Your organization will also have access to our team through a Technical Support channel on Slack.
